How is the information relayed to customers?

 

As the world's latest system it has many ways of communication of information to the customers. Vehicle whereabouts and information can be relayed to our customers in the following formats:

 
  1. Customer can call Trakker Hotline 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

  2. Customer can request special movement reports or replay of vehicles on daily or regular interval or random basis.

  3. Customer can acquire a base station positioned at its premises to view all its fleet activities directly.

  4. Customer can receive vehicle location information on his mobile phone through a subscribed service

  5. Customer can subscribe to 'Web track' and use the internet to keep track of their vehicles.
